Being a team means everybody is shooting for the same goal. At Tero that means more than just selling properties, it means kindly advising clients towards the one goal of getting them into a property that will suit them and serve them. That means taking time to really get to know people and having the patience it takes to look at lots of "no" properties before finding the right "yes" property.

Meet the Team
A third-generation real estate guy, Alec has seen the top of the market and the bottom, going through boom times and busts. He lives life at full throttle but focuses his energies on helping people in real estate, caring for his family, and any number of adventurous challenges that catch his attention. Alec has built a life, both personal and professional, around the values of respect, integrity, humility, and not taking yourself too seriously. He's done a variety of commercial and residential projects, but he's cut his teeth on mid-scale residential developments. He's here not to "sell real estate" but to listen to people and put them in something suitable for their needs.

Alec Johns
William comes from a family of land men. Growing up his family managed a small cattle ranch and prospected land for oil companies. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University. After college, he served 9 years active duty as a green beret with 7th Special Forces Group. Upon leaving the Army, he became a licensed agent selling real estate in Destin, Florida. Holding a real estate license in Florida and Texas, William is happy to help you find your family’s future ranch or vacation home.

Dustin comes to real estate from a background in construction and law enforcement. An unlikely path where he collected skills in negotiations and conflict resolution. Dustin Jordan
Jessica is a lifelong resident of Ellis County and has been an active part of her community's development for many years. Serving her clients in the real estate realm is an absolute passion. Construction and homebuilding was the family business for Jessica growing up. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business from Texas A&M Commerce and shortly after became a certified educator in Texas. Her years in the classroom combined with her lifelong knowledge of residential and commercial construction pair well creating a wealth of knowledge for Jessica as she educates her clients and guides them through all of their real estate ventures.

Sam is a lifelong Ellis county resident with a background in real estate. He served four years in the army with the 82nd airborne division. After service, he completed his undergrad and graduated with a business degree from Dallas Baptist University. Chris comes to real estate from a career as a business consultant and brings sales, teaching, and advising experience — along with a passion for making a difference — to every client relationship. Chris served in the Army as an EOD Technician for six years after receiving his Bachelors degree from Providence College in Rhode Island. He entered the real estate world to build a business and, more importantly, to expand his clients’ knowledge of real estate so that they can reach their goals.

Amy comes from a family deeply rooted in real estate investing. Her family focused on large multifamily apartments, commercial retail, and office space. Born in Arizona, Dan has been a Texas resident since attending Wayland Baptist University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Focused on land sales around Henderson County and surrounding areas, where his family has been rooted for the past 10 years. Dan is active in the community. He directs the local high school fishing team and coaches youth sports. Dan is ready to help with any residential, commercial, or farm and ranch needs.
